by sexydeadstar on Mar.20, 2009, under Film, Lists, Television
Sure there’s tons that’s filmed here constantly but these are my actual favourites of the bunch. Enjoy =]
The Crow (1994)
Cast: Brandon Lee, Rochelle Davis, Ernie Hudson
Director: Alex Proyas
Genre: thriller, fantasy, crime
The Crow is an excellent tragic film made even more tragic by the real life
tragedies surrounding the film (Brandon Lee’s death during filming, and the
fact that the story is a result of James O’Ba…
Domestic Disturbance (2001)
Cast: John Travolta, James Lashly, Rebecca Tilney
Director: Harold Becker
Genre: thriller, drama
Teri Polo is cute, but wooden and overdressed. otherwise, John Travolta
sleepwalks, Vince Vaughan is stonefaced, rather than menacing. Steve
Buscemi’s cameo was the best part of the movie.
Dream a Little Dream (1989)
Cast: Corey Feldman, Corey Haim, Jason Robards
Director: Marc Rocco
Genre: comedy, romance, drama
Even if you’re not an 80’s movie fan you’ll love Dream A
Little
Dream. I saw this movie for the first time when I was 10 years old and
I
still can’t get enough of it. Dream A Little Dream is a dram…
Empire Records (1995)

Director: Allan Moyle

with the recent release of the special edition dvd of this film, i’d suggest
you go watch it. yeah, this movie is a light, fluffy gen-x teen movie with
its music video moments. however, what was …

Director: Michael Patrick Jann

Little Monsters (1989)

10. The Watchmen - March 6, 2009

Let’s just hope it doesn’t turn out as bad / boring as The Spirit did.
“The story is set in an alternate 1985 where superheroes exist, Richard Nixon is still president, and tensions between the United States and the Soviet Union are at an all-time high. The vigilante Rorschach (Jackie Earle Haley) is investigating the murder of a former hero, the Comedian (Jeffrey Dean Morgan), and uncovers a plot to discredit and murder various heroes. Rorschach discovers a far wider-ranging conspiracy involving his colleagues’ past which could completely change the course of history.“ (continue reading…)
